The Host by Stephenie Meyer — I really liked this during my eight grade year, influenced by all my Twilight-loving friends. I might have read a book at some point, but I don't really remember. She's a good person, really and this was before that other Twilight that shall not be named.) Let's start with The Mediator: Published '00 – '05 by HarperCollins, 6 books originally published under the pen name Jenny Carrol. Book # 1-Shadowland Book # 2-The Ninth Key Book # 3-Reunion Book # 4-Darkest Hour Book # 5-Haunted Book # 6-Twilight I just finished the last book of Meg Cabots series, "The Mediator". I hope she writes more mediator books 2. As in she deals with ghosts and sends them on their merry way into the afterlife. She's cool, though, and I know Christina loves the Mediator series. (I only managed to read the April 9, 2013 at 6:18 AM. I still have 2 read this series but once i find them i won't stop till i finish the series. The Mediator #1: Shadowland; The Mediator #2: Ninth Key; The Mediator #3: Reunion; The Mediator #4: Darkest Hour; The Mediator #5: Haunted; The Mediator #6: Twilight. In other words, she sees dead people. This time, a bubbly cheerleader's head was found bubbling away in they r the best and i could read them all day long. The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot, author of The Princess Diaries (HarperCollins Publishers 2004-05). As a huge fan of Meg Cabot, and a tolerator of the Twilight phenomenon (yes, you can all start yelling at me now over that piece of information), all I could think was 'Oh no Meg, not you too?' Upon closer inspection however, as in I actually picked up the book and had a good look at it, I realised the book was not about sparkly, vegetarian vampires but rather about a teenage mediator. I saw the movie and I really liked it, so I'll probably like the book too. Thanks to Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga, vampire books are all the rage.
